At Health Happenings, my focus for personal training is to create programming to help you achieve your individual goals as well as develop a lifestyle based on health and wellness. My motto is, “It’s great to look good, but it’s even better to feel good. If you feel good, you will look good”.

Over the years, I have found that my passion for fitness has lead me to appreciate the benefits of functional fitness. What this boils down to is maintaining the strength and endurance to do the activities that we need and want to do in our daily lives. I want to help you to continue doing what you do now bigger, better, stronger, longer and faster 10, 20, 30 years down the road. I pride myself on developing exercise programs that are results driven while still keeping your time and resources in mind. Whether you are interested in weight loss, sports specific training, or overall health improvements I develop resistance, cardiovascular, and nutritional programming to keep you on track. It is my goal to improve the quality of life for each and every one of my clients.

We’ve all experienced the disappointment associated with falling short of our goals. Motivation plays a large role in our ability to follow through with intentions to get things accomplished - especially exercise. As your personal trainer I provide the motivational tools that help keep you accountable to your workout goals and ultimately yourself.
